Rihanna’s ‘Anti’ album hits 1 million downloads in 15 hours, sets all forms of records
In spite of the mistake by Tidal to leak Rihanna‘s Anti album on Wednesday, it still went ahead to record a million downloads in just 15 hours.
In rounding up her ANTIdiaRy campaign with Samsung, Rihanna shared download codes to fans, who were able to download ANTI for free. More than 1 million copies were said to be downloaded on TIDAL in a 14-hour period.
The streaming service owned by rapper Jay Z tweeted this astonishing result.

TIDAL also revealed ANTI has been streamed nearly 14 million times since its release on Wednesday.
The oft-delayed project leaked on the streaming service just hours before making its official debut.
Billboard reports that the leak forced TIDAL to advance the release to Wednesday night, up two days from a projected Friday debut.
Rihanna took to Twitter to thank her fans for their usual support.

Also the Drake-assisted single “Work” shot to No. 1 in 91 countries on its first day of release and was the most heard song on more than 1,200 radio stations.
